1. Choose one out of three stories below.

2. Write what you learn from the story and how you can apply the lesson
to your life within 600 words.

3. Submit your report. Click on and follow the instructions.
   Or mail your report to our office.

  When you mail your report, please enclose the transmittal form below or a memo written all the information.
